新網(wǎng)關(guān)于與海外郵件通信問題的說明

尊敬的新網(wǎng)郵局用戶，您好！

　　目前我們監(jiān)測(cè)到因互聯(lián)網(wǎng)國際出口存在未知的技術(shù)問題，可能會(huì)造成如下問題：

　　新網(wǎng)郵局用戶給國外域發(fā)信收到退信，退信提示：

　　1）Connected to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but connection died. (#4.4.2)
       I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long.

　　2）xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx does not like recipient.
       Remote host said: 551 User not local; please try <forward-path>
       Giving up on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
